General Rules & Regulations

No motorsports event is risk free. It is our hope that these guidelines will minimize the risk and assist officials to achieve our ultimate goal of hosting safe motor sport events.

  1. NO WHINING. Any unforeseen problems officials have final say. Again, all officials words are FINAL

  2. Treat Horse Hole Creek staff and property with respect.

  3. No Glass bottles, No underage drinking, No fighting, No weapons displayed, No littering, No selling of any item; i.e. Food, Drinks, ECT. Unless you are a vendor. No dumping of hazardous material; i.e. Oil, Gas, ECT. No pets. Personal grills only, No smokers.

  4. No reckless driving. Speed limit outside of the pit is 5mph. Please do not tear up the grass in parking areas.

  5. No dirt bikes or 3 wheelers.

  6. Anyone under the age of 18 must wear a helmet while riding ATV’s

  7. All golf carts or related type buggy’s will be considered ATV’S and must stay in the designated ATV area away from the pit entrances.

  8. No beverages or food items while bogging

  9. No one will be allowed to ride on the outside of any vehicle at any time!

  10. Children will be allowed to participate only after the parents or guardian signs a release of liability form. Any child deemed by a Horse Hole Creek Staff member to be too young or unsafe will not be allowed to participate.

  11. Parents and guardians please help us keep your children safe by keeping a close watch on your children.

  12. Someone must be present around all grills and fires when lit.

  13. Fires are okay (weather permitting) only if in a fire barrel. Fire barrels are not to be moved. They must remain in their designated place.

  14. Vehicles must have strong pull hooks. Breaking ropes and parts are dangerous. Failure to have pull points will make you may sit for a very long time!

Failure to abide by these rules may get you kicked out permanently from Horse Hole Creek.

 

Consistency Race Rules

No racing event is risk free. It is our hope that these guidelines will minimize the risk and assist race officials to achieve our ultimate goal of hosting safe motor sport events.
  1. MUST have sportsmanship. NO WHINING. Any unforeseen problems officials have final say. Again, all officials words are FINAL
  2. Drivers meeting at 11:30pm Racing starts at 12:00pm noon sharp.
  3. Classes- $10 ATV class, $10 Truck Class, $25 Truck Class. Each class must have a minimum of 10 competitors. (side by sides may compete in the ATV class) Classes will run in the above order. No entrees after first vehicle passes in each class.
  4. Winner will be determined by the closest matched time over two passes.
  5. Payouts for each class will be as follows 1st 70% of entry fees, 2nd 20% of entry fees and 3rd 10% of entry fees.
  6. All vehicles must have safety belts and brakes; we recommend helmets and roll cages as well. (ATV’s do not need safety belts but driver must were a helmet)
  7. The tracks “Tech Official” will have final approval of a race vehicles legality and safety for any and all classes. The tech official will have the right to call for a re-tech OR disqualify any vehicle that they feel does not meet the safety requirement. (Refusal to comply with a re-tech - will be automatic disqualification).
  8. Trucks and ATV’s can enter more than once with different drivers, but may only place once.
  9. Draw numbers for running order
  10. Must be in the staging area, you will have ONE minute to make it to the starting line or you WILL RUN LAST if you don’t make it then, you WILL be disqualified
  11. You must pull up to the starting line and stop 
  12. No high-speed driving or “hot-rodding” will be tolerated anywhere except on the race track. NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN. These actions are grounds for immediate disqualification.
  13. In the event of disqualification of vehicle, no refunds will be allowed.
  14. If you break down you will be pulled out of the way until racing is complete.

Bounty Hole Rules

No racing event is risk free. It is our hope that these guidelines will minimize the risk and assist race officials to achieve our ultimate goal of hosting safe motor sport events.
  1. MUST have sportsmanship. NO WHINING. Any unforeseen problems officials have final say. Again, all officials words are FINAL
  2. Only the OPEN CLASS can run for stated bounty purse.
  3. Drivers meeting at 11:30am Racing starts after consistency race approx 5:00pm.
  4. Classes- $10 ATV class, $10 one tons and under Dot 44inch and under truck Class, $10 open Truck Class. (side by sides may compete in the ATV class) Classes will run in the above order. No entrees after first vehicle passes in each class.
  5. Winner will be determined by furthest distance or crossing bounty hole. The entire truck must cross bounty hole to collect purse.
  6. Payouts for ATV class and 1 tons and under class will be as follows 1st 70% of entry fees, 2nd 20% of entry fees and 3rd 10% of entry fees.
  7. Payouts for OPEN TRUCK class will be as follows. In the event no truck crosses the bounty hole 50% of entry fees goes to furthest distance measured to front hub and 50% of entry fees increases bounty for next event. If bounty is crossed then entry fees go toward the next bounty hole event purse and the stated purse will be paid. If one or more trucks cross the bounty hole during the same event, the purse will be split evenly. Only the open class can run for stated bounty purse.
  8. No track vehicles or articulating vehicles. No Backups.
  9. All vehicles must have safety belts, brakes, and strong pull points; we recommend helmets and roll cages as well. (ATV’s do not need safety belts but driver must were a helmet)
  10. The tracks “Tech Official” will have final approval of a race vehicles legality and safety for any and all classes. The tech official will have the right to call for a re-tech OR disqualify any vehicle that they feel does not meet the safety requirement. (Refusal to comply with a re-tech - will be automatic disqualification).
  11. Trucks and ATV’s can enter more than once and with different drivers, but may only place once. You can buy as many attempts as you would like. No refunds. 
  12. Draw numbers for running order
  13. Must be in the staging area, you will have ONE minute to make it to the starting line or you WILL RUN LAST if you don’t make it then, you WILL be disqualified
  14. You must pull up to the starting line and stop. You must then make attempt while staying inbounds and no floating.  It will be clearly marked.
  15. No high-speed driving or “hot-rodding” will be tolerated anywhere except on the race track. NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN. These actions are grounds for immediate disqualification even after you have crossed the bounty hole.
  16. In the event of disqualification of vehicle, no refunds will be allowed.
  17. If you break down you will be pulled out of the way until racing is complete.

  5. Payout for the stated purse is contingent on a 10 truck minimum. If minimum is not met then payouts for each class will be as follows 1st 70% of entry fees, 2nd 20% of entry fees and 3rd 10% of entry fees.
  6. All vehicles must have safety belts, brakes, and strong pull points; we recommend helmets and roll cages as well.
  7. The tracks “Tech Official” will have final approval of a race vehicles legality and safety for any and all classes. The tech official will have the right to call for a re-tech OR disqualify any vehicle that they feel does not meet the safety requirement.   12. No high-speed driving or “hot-rodding” will be tolerated anywhere except on the race track. NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN. These actions are grounds for immediate disqualification.
  13. In the event of disqualification of vehicle, no refunds will be allowed.
  14. If you break down you will be pulled out of the way until racing is complete.

Hill N Hole Race Rules

  1. MUST have sportsmanship. NO WHINING. Any unforeseen problems officials have final say. Again, all officials words are FINAL
  2. Drivers meeting at 11:30am Racing starts at 3:00pm.
  3. 2 Classes- $10 1 tons axles DOT 44”s and under. $10 2.5 ton axles and up. No entrees after first vehicle passes in the class.
  4. Winner will be determined by fastest lap.
  5. Payout for the stated purse is contingent on a 10 truck minimum in each class. If minimum is not met then payouts for each class will be as follows 1st 70% of entry fees, 2nd 20% of entry fees and 3rd 10% of entry fees.

  2. Drivers meeting at 11:30am Racing starts at 3:00pm.
  3. 3 Classes- $10 V8. $10 4 and 6 cylinder. $10 Diesel. No entrees after first vehicle passes in the class.
  4. Winner will be determined by fastest lap.
  5. Payout for the stated purse is contingent on a 10 truck minimum in each class. If minimum is not met then payouts for each class will be as follows 1st 70% of entry fees, 2nd 20% of entry fees and 3rd 10% of entry fees.
  6. All vehicles must have safety belts, brakes, and strong pull points; we strongly recommend helmets and roll cages as well.

Tri Truck Challenge Race Rules

No racing event is risk free. It is our hope that these guidelines will minimize the risk and assist race officials to achieve our ultimate goal of hosting safe motor sport events.
  1. MUST have sportsmanship. NO WHINING. Any unforeseen problems officials have final say. Again, all officials words are FINAL
  2. Drivers meeting at 11:30am Racing starts at 3:00pm.
  3. Each Team- $10 per truck. 3 Trucks per team. May come as a team. If you are missing a truck in your team you will be paired with at team. No entrees after first vehicle passes in the class.
  4. Winner will be determined by lowest final time.
  5. Payout for the stated purse is contingent on a 15 truck minimum. If minimum is not met then payouts for each class will be as follows 1st team 70% of entry fees, 2nd team 20% of entry fees and 3rd team 10% of entry fees.
  6. All vehicles must have safety belts, brakes, and strong pull points; we strongly recommend helmets and roll cages as well.
  7. The tracks “Tech Official” will have final approval of a race vehicles legality and safety for any and all classes. The tech official will have the right to call for a re-tech OR disqualify any vehicle that they feel does not meet the safety requirement. (Refusal to comply with a re-tech - will be automatic disqualification).
  8. Trucks may only be on one team unless we need to pair an extra truck.
  9. Draw numbers for running order
  10. Must be in the staging area, you will have ONE minute to make it to the starting line or you WILL RUN LAST if you don’t make it then, you WILL be disqualified
  11. You must pull up to the starting line and stop. Truck 1 will trip the timer and pull Dan (550lb manikin) across the hole and then pass a baton to truck 2. Truck 2 then will make a complete lap around the Hill N Hole track and stop the timer. Truck 3 will then drive into the bounty hole and for every foot traveled across the hole 0.10 seconds will come off the combined time from trucks 1&2. 
  12. No high-speed driving or “hot-rodding” will be tolerated anywhere except on the race track. NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN. These actions are grounds for immediate disqualification.
  13. In the event of disqualification of vehicle, no refunds will be allowed.
  14. If you break down you will be pulled out of the way until racing is complete.

Roundy Round Race Rules

  13. In the event of disqualification of vehicle, no refunds will be allowed.
  14. If you break down you will be pulled out of the way until racing is complete
